It is that time!
Kickoff 2009!!
The youth Kickoff event is just around the corner, and I'm here to let you in on all the information you need to know!
For kickoff this year we are going canoeing! Though this year, hopefully without the hail, lightning, rain, snow, blazing sun, and drama that we had last time! Ha ha!
September 12th (Saturday)
Grades 7-12
9 - 6:30pm
Devon boat launch to Sir Wilfred Laurier Park
Cost is $25
I have reserved the same number of boats we used last time (our group size is the same), but space may fill up fast . so... let me know as soon as you know if you can make it. In the situation that we need more canoes (which you need to reserve a month in advance), the sooner we know the better chances we have at scoring some more. So email, call, twitter, facebook, or text, to let me know you are coming!
You need:
- Visit the website, and download the forms from the youth page: www.svbc.ab.ca (probably a good idea to bookmark this page now!)
- Read all the details and information.
- Get the forms to me asap.
- Invite new grade 7 students who may not get this email!
