Well good day!

So we had out planning meeting last night and here are the details that you have been waiting for!

First, I need to let you know that there is going to be a Parent Information Meeting after the service on January 25th. It will not be a very long meeting at all, but it will be an information meeting about U-Turn Student Ministries -what we do and why we do it, as well as an opportunity for parents to ask any questions that they might have. So please let your parents know! Thanks!

Jr. High - Theater Sports
Now as for what is happening this Friday for Jr. Highs: We are going to have a Theater Sports Night! For those who know the show "Who's Line is it Anyway?" Theater sports are what they do in that show. It's super hilarious! So come unprepared to be silly, and have some ridiculous fun!

Sr. High - Nuclear Winter
Well, Sr, highs, as we were stirring around ideas as to what we should do with you, we threw around ideas from one side to the next, from one extreme to the other. Then Brian came up with the idea that we should carve ice sculptures with chainsaws. Sweet. Then Andrea reminded me that we have a microwave that we are no longer using because it is sorta on the fritz. So we wanted to put some strange stuff in it and nuke it.
Let's be honest, this is going to be a cool event. Or maybe a hot one. Bring some friends.

Double event -February 13th
We will likely be heading out for some serious Laser Quest action! Stay tuned for details!

What's in Store?
I will update the calender soon, but lets just say there a few new things on the plate for the year, that I'm quite excited about! Including some stuff with fire, a battle of the sexes, some mystery, and definitely some bananas! Perhaps I've said too much...
