Lybi what?

I have a question. What does LybiDutch mean? I mean, I can guess that Joel is Dutch, but where does the Lybi come in? I'm confused. Maybe his full name is Joel Lybi Oevering. Maybe his main squeeze is named Lybi and she's dutch. Maybe his pet Kookaburra makes a noise that sounds like "LybiDutch" when he swallows whole dead mice. (LybiDutchLybiDutchLybiDutch) Any other ideas?
