Heh when I type r e v v i n g on my screen, it looks like rewing which makes no sense. I hope you understand that I didn't mean rewing, I meant revving like a car engine. Zoom zoom. Rewing doesn't make any sense, where as I thought revving was quite clever given our street theme and all. So let get ready to rev (not rew) up for summer!
So this email is for all of our awesome youth sponsors! I've cc'd all the youth because there may be information that they may like, and as usual, the youth are always invited to come out to planning meetings. Rock on.

So this year our kick off date is September 12th.
Our 180 kickoff is the following Wednesday Sept 17th.
As like last year the events will follow suit each week of the month:
First week - off
Second week - double event
Third week - Jr event
Fourth week - Sr event
We have a really exciting year ahead and I'm pumped about some of our events as I'm already lining up some of our speakers and preparing some of the bible studies.
So I know that Heather will no longer be with us on the Youth Sponsor team because she is headed off to Prarie Bible college. If you see her, bid her farewell and pray for her that she would have an amazing year ahead. We will miss you Heather. Have a blast!
So our official planning meeting is going to be on September 2nd at 7:00 pm
I'm still looking for a good kickoff idea. I just got off the phone with Andrea and we were tossing the word 'Wipeout' around. Perhaps kickoff, perhaps spring retreat? I dunno, what do you think?
Also we need to get all your police record checks done before the kickoff (before September preferably). Talk to Liz or Karen for more information on that.
